Issued to a verified business
Each Pass is individually registered to one accepted B2B customer and receives its own identification number.
Unused implementation follows the Pass
If the original holder transfers the Pass before the included implementation begins, the unused standard ProcureFlow AI implementation remains attached to the approved Pass.
Implementation is redeemable once
As soon as implementation begins for a holder, that included benefit is treated as used. A later transfer does not create a second included implementation.
No customer data changes hands
The previous holder’s account, documents, users, workflows and company data are not transferred. The new business must be verified and accept the applicable terms.

What does the Pioneer Pass cost?
The price is €2,199 net once for an approved B2B customer. There is no separate recurring fee merely for holding the Pass.
What is included?
One standard ProcureFlow AI implementation up to the normal Business implementation scope, until first use, plus a permanent 12% advantage on standard subscription prices for all current and future Hardnero-developed modules.
Can any business simply buy a Pioneer Pass?
No. Hardnero reviews every application and may accept it, place it on a waiting list or decline it. No more than 5,000 Passes may be issued globally.
Is submitting an application a purchase?
No. The form records non-binding interest only. It creates no contract, payment obligation, reservation or entitlement.
Can a Pass be transferred?
The registered holder may request a transfer to another verified business through Hardnero. The new holder must be approved and accept the applicable terms. No customer account or business data transfers with the Pass.
What happens to the included implementation after transfer?
If it has not yet been used, it remains with the approved Pass. Once implementation has begun for any holder, it is redeemed; a later transfer does not create another included implementation.
Does the 12% apply to future modules?
Yes, to the then-current standard subscription price of all current and future modules developed and sold by Hardnero. It does not apply to implementation, custom work, third-party fees, usage charges, taxes or already specially discounted offers.
Does the Pass guarantee a resale value?
No. The Pass is not an investment, share or security. Hardnero does not guarantee demand, a buyer, resale value, financial return, repurchase or appreciation.
