One of no more than 5,000 numbered Pioneer Passes records the approved company as part of Hardnero’s first customer generation.
A fixed Pioneer Customer percentage will apply to the then-current standard subscription price of Module 1 and eligible future modules.
Pioneer customers receive priority consideration for product access, onboarding and the introduction of eligible new modules.
Receive selected product and development updates as Hardnero expands its modular business platform.
Share practical workflow experience and help Hardnero understand the requirements that matter to real businesses.
If business needs change, the registered Pass may be transferred to another verified company through Hardnero’s official process.
The Pioneer Customer advantages belong to the registered holder of the Pass. This creates a clear entitlement without transferring software accounts or company data.
Each Pass is individually registered to one accepted B2B customer and receives its own identification number.
Pioneer status, access advantages and the applicable fixed percentage benefit remain connected to the registered Pass.
The holder may request a transfer if the Pass is no longer required or the original business ceases operating. The new business must be verified and accept the applicable terms.
The previous holder’s account, documents, users, workflows and company data are not transferred. Once registered to the new holder, the previous holder no longer receives the Pass benefits.
Hardnero retains the flexibility to price every module according to its scope and development. The Pioneer Pass is intended to provide its registered holder with the same announced percentage advantage on eligible standard module subscriptions.
Pioneer customers should not simply receive a discount. They should understand where Hardnero is going and feel recognised as part of its earliest commercial journey.
A distinct Pioneer Pass identification registered to the current verified holder.
Selected direct updates on launches, eligible modules and major product milestones.
Priority invitations to eligible previews, demonstrations and onboarding periods.
An optional digital Pioneer Customer certificate or badge for participating companies.
