Pioneer benefits

More than early access.

The Pioneer Programme is designed for the first companies that believe in Hardnero as a long-term software partner. The programme combines practical launch advantages with a lasting connection to future product development.

02 · PRICING BENEFIT

Fixed percentage advantage

A fixed Pioneer Customer percentage will apply to the then-current standard subscription price of Module 1 and eligible future modules.

03 · ACCESS

Priority onboarding

Pioneer customers receive priority consideration for product access, onboarding and the introduction of eligible new modules.

04 · INSIGHT

Roadmap updates

Receive selected product and development updates as Hardnero expands its modular business platform.

05 · VOICE

Direct feedback channel

Share practical workflow experience and help Hardnero understand the requirements that matter to real businesses.

06 · FLEXIBILITY

Benefits follow the Pass

If business needs change, the registered Pass may be transferred to another verified company through Hardnero’s official process.

The holder principle

One Pass. One verified business.

The Pioneer Customer advantages belong to the registered holder of the Pass. This creates a clear entitlement without transferring software accounts or company data.

Whoever is the verified registered holder receives the Pioneer Programme benefits.
01

Issued to a verified business

Each Pass is individually registered to one accepted B2B customer and receives its own identification number.

02

Benefits remain attached to the Pass

Pioneer status, access advantages and the applicable fixed percentage benefit remain connected to the registered Pass.

03

Transfer through Hardnero

The holder may request a transfer if the Pass is no longer required or the original business ceases operating. The new business must be verified and accept the applicable terms.

04

No customer data changes hands

The previous holder’s account, documents, users, workflows and company data are not transferred. Once registered to the new holder, the previous holder no longer receives the Pass benefits.

Pioneer percentage

No fixed-price promise. A fixed benefit.

Hardnero retains the flexibility to price every module according to its scope and development. The Pioneer Pass is intended to provide its registered holder with the same announced percentage advantage on eligible standard module subscriptions.

%The final Pioneer Customer percentage will be published before any binding purchase or activation.
Based on the current standard priceThe benefit is calculated against the applicable standard subscription price at the time.
Not tied to a long minimum termThe Pioneer benefit is intended to apply independently of a long contractual commitment, subject to the final programme terms.
Designed for future eligible modulesThe same percentage principle is intended to extend beyond Module 1 to eligible future Hardnero modules.
Clear exclusionsCustom development, implementation, migration, consulting, third-party costs, usage charges, taxes and already discounted offers may be excluded.
The Pioneer Pass is a contractual B2B programme benefit. It is not a share in Hardnero, a security or an investment product. Hardnero does not promise a resale market, financial return, repurchase or increase in value. Final availability, allocation, percentage, transfer procedure and contractual terms will be confirmed before any binding purchase.

Pioneer Programme FAQ

Clear rules before commitment.

Applications are non-binding and subject to Hardnero review and approval. Final programme terms will be provided before any approved company purchases or activates a Pass.

What is the Pioneer Pass?

It is a planned registered B2B programme entitlement for selected early Hardnero customers. It is intended to combine Pioneer Customer status, priority access, member updates and a fixed percentage benefit on eligible module subscriptions.

Can any business simply buy a Pioneer Pass?

No. Pioneer Passes are not offered as an unrestricted public purchase. Hardnero reviews every application and decides whether the company fits the programme. An applicant may be accepted, placed on a waiting list or declined.

Is submitting an application a purchase?

No. The current form only records non-binding interest. It does not create an account, contract, payment obligation, reservation or entitlement to a Pass.

What percentage discount will apply?

The fixed Pioneer Customer percentage has not yet been announced. It will be stated clearly before any binding purchase or activation. The programme does not promise a fixed software price.

Can a Pass be transferred?

The planned model permits the registered holder to request a transfer to another verified business through Hardnero. The new holder must meet the programme requirements and accept the applicable terms. No customer account or business data is transferred with the Pass.

Can Passes be freely traded?

Hardnero does not operate or promise a trading marketplace. Transferability is intended to provide flexibility when a holder’s business needs change. Any permitted transfer must follow Hardnero’s official registration process.

Does the Pass guarantee a resale value?

No. The Pass is not an investment, share or security. Hardnero does not guarantee demand, a buyer, resale value, financial return, repurchase or appreciation.

Which modules receive the benefit?

The intended benefit covers Module 1 and eligible future Hardnero modules. Exact inclusions and exclusions will be listed in the final Pioneer Programme terms before purchase.

How many Passes will be available?

A maximum of 5,000 Pioneer Passes may be issued globally. This is an upper limit, not a sales target or guarantee that all Passes will be issued. Every holder must first be reviewed and approved by Hardnero.

Application & Waitlist

Apply for review or join the Pioneer waitlist.

Companies can submit a Pioneer Pass application, join the non-binding waitlist or request programme information. Hardnero reviews the verified business, intended product use, launch readiness and overall programme fit before making a decision.

Applications may be accepted, placed on the waitlist or declined. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a Pass or guarantee later approval.

Submitting this form is non-binding and does not create a purchase, reservation, entitlement or payment obligation. A Pioneer Pass is available only after Hardnero has reviewed and approved the applicant.
