Onboarding FAQ

What companies should know before starting.

Final deliverables and service commitments are defined only in the applicable proposal and customer agreement.

How long does implementation take?

The implementation plan depends on workflow complexity, source data, users, integrations, security requirements and customer readiness. Scope and schedule are agreed after discovery.

Does Hardnero migrate existing data?

Required data preparation, import and migration activities are reviewed during discovery. Only the tasks included in the agreed implementation scope are provided.

Is onboarding and training included?

Agreed onboarding and training for administrators or key users can form part of the implementation. The audience, format and deliverables are defined for the project.

Can ProcureFlow AI connect to existing systems?

Integration requirements are reviewed individually. Feasibility depends on the external system, available interfaces, documentation, security and the agreed product scope.

Is go-live automatic after configuration?

No. The configured workflow is tested and reviewed with the customer before an agreed controlled go-live. The customer remains responsible for its business acceptance and internal approvals.

What support is available after go-live?

Support channels, response arrangements and any ongoing services depend on the contracted plan and customer agreement.

How are security and data protection handled?

Security, hosting and data-protection requirements are reviewed for the implementation. Read the Implementation & OnboardingSecurity & Data Protection page for Hardnero’s current approach.
