Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which HARDNERO LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) may issue refunds for digital Services and products purchased through www.hardnero.com (“Website”).
Our Services are provided exclusively to business clients (B2B).

1 Digital Products Only

All products and deliverables supplied by HARDNERO LTD — including AI-generated artwork, graphics, NFTs, marketing materials, and digital assets — are digital goods.
Once delivered, digital files are considered fully provided.

2 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and custom creative work, all purchases are final.


Refunds are not issued for:

  • personal preference

  • dissatisfaction with creative style

  • misunderstanding of product features

  • changes in business strategy

  • unused Services after delivery

3 Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

 

3.1. Non-Delivery of the Service

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon digital product or Service.

 

3.2. Technical Impossibility

If the order cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our side, and no alternative solution is possible.

 

3.3. Duplicate Payment

If a Client accidentally submits payment twice, a refund of the duplicated amount will be issued.

4 No Refunds for NFTs

NFTs created or delivered through our Services are unique digital assets.


We do not refund:

  • NFT purchases

  • NFT transfers

  • issues caused by third-party wallets, blockchain networks, or marketplaces

Once an NFT has been transferred to a wallet, the transaction cannot be reversed.

5 No Refunds for B2B Custom Work

Custom creative work (AI graphics, branding, marketing assets, design packages, etc.) is tailored to the Client’s business.
Therefore, no refunds are issued once production or design work has started.

6 Third-Party Platforms

HARDNERO LTD is not responsible for:

  • delays or errors caused by third-party NFT platforms

  • wallet configuration issues

  • marketplace policies

  • blockchain congestion or network failures

 

Such issues do not qualify for refunds.

7 How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)

 

If your situation qualifies under section 3, please send:

  • your company details

  • order number

  • description of the issue

to info@hardnero.com.

We will review your request within 7 business days.

8 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
